Louis Pommery Sparkling English
Wine is the first English Sparkling to
come from a Champagne house and is
therefore a genuine product of innovation.
This wine was created in order to offer
a high quality wine to the market that
reflects the pre-established reputation
of Champagne Pommery.
Grapes used for this English Sparkling are
from the young vineyards in Hampshire
and the date of harvest is carefully controlled
in order to obtain the best possible balance
between sugars and acids. The harvest is done
manually and the pressing is done with the
same technique used in Champagne in order
to ensure the finest juices are obtained.
Perfect as an aperitif on a sunny day
accompanied by some raw vegetables,
thin slices of Iberico lomo or
light seafood and shellfish.
