A land of castles, windmills and Don Quixote. It’s also one the largest wine
producing regions in the world. Although in terms of reputation and prestige,
it’s not exactly up there with Bordeaux, the visionary talent behind Verum
winemakers in Tomelloso, La Mancha, is determined to change.
