The biggest challenge is preserving
the most important characteristics
of the wine regions due to climate
change. Mainly in the cool climate wine
regions, the climate deviations have an
impact in the acidity levels and in the
ripening steps.

My greatest achievement as a wine
producer is delivering wines that
our customers like and repeat for their
consumption. From the beginning of
my career, I never strived for accolades but
always measured my success trough sales
increase, since the most important judge is
and will be that of the end consumer.

At the vineyard we have this as
high priority in three main areas.
Renewable sources of energy and
water management, waste treatment
and soil management. In our vineyards
we are working hard to reduce our
water consumption, in terms of soil
management, we are implementing
rules to increase biodiversity and
therefore increase the sustainability
of the land.
